Because we all have been in high school and we all have been thinking about what to do with our lives trying to find a purpose in our journey, I wanted to help younger people that are in those positions and can navigate them towards the right path for them. By participating in the “One Step Ahead” project, I am trying to help future generations but also develop and prepare myself for the future.
ЙОАНА ТРОЕВА
Through this project I strive to learn more about organizing events and developing networks, which are important in order to become more successful in life. Organization is one of the most important elements in this event because the whole event needs to happen in a fairly short time period and it will give us an opportunity to test our skills and improve ourselves in this area.
КАЛОЯН РУПЧИН
I consider myself to be a person that is always there to help others, so with this project, one of my primary aims is to help high school students find their purpose in life and make it more accessible to learn about what kind of a career they would like to pursue. Since I have already been through this key stage in my life and know how hard it actually is, I want to make this whole process smoother by also seeking companies that offer internships.

The reason I joined the “One Step Ahead” project is because at its core it represents the value I believe is most important for every human being - the desire to help others. With getting involved in this project, I hope to increase my knowledge about how I can help more young people to not feel lost in the world and not be scared of the future.
МАРИЯ ШИВИКОВА
Through enrolling in being one of the candidates for a SIHP 2025, specifically the “One Step ahead” project, I aim to develop a wide range of communication skills, as the project requires talking with many different working places that offer various internships opportunities. However, my primary focus will mainly be on marketing and advertising our idea.
